Churches Mutual offers access to your Credit Union accounts via our secure Members’ Area
Online Banking puts you in charge. It is easy to register and it is free. You can access your account 24/7 and keep track of your money. Our Online Account Access service enables you to view your account balance, view transactions, apply for a loan, make a share withdrawal request and send us secure messages.
To register for Online Account Access you will need your first name and membership number. Click "Activate Account" and complete the fields. You will then be asked to complete a two factor authentication verification by either SMS or email. You will then set a password. Please use something that you will find easy to remember as we do not keep a record of this information.
Once you activate your Online Account Access application you should be able to log in immediately.
Once you are registered you can log into your account.
There can be a delay of up to 24 hours in updating transactions on your account, if a recent item isn’t showing, or you have made a BACS payment on a non-working day then please try later.
If you prefer not to use online banking you may still manage your account by telephone, email or post. Please note that share withdrawals cannot be authorised over the telephone.
